Yes. CBAMValid publishes a public ruleset registry with named versions, active dates, source-registry hashes, and linked official sources. Every sealed package pins a named ruleset. Historical seals keep the ruleset they were built against. Publishing the registry is not an accredited verification opinion.

Verifiers and buyers ask which rules applied. A dated, named pin beats a vague “latest methodology” claim.
